What happens to my order if I am not at home to receive the delivery?
If no-one is at home to accept the delivery then the carrier will leave a card with contact details & instructions for you to re-arrange a delivery date.
What do I do if goods arrived to me damaged?
In the first instance you will contact us at Home & Garden Style on 0800 3280072. We will instruct our carrier to contact you to arrange a mutually agreed time to collect the goods. All damaged goods will be collected free of charge by our carrier. Goods must be adequately re-packaged for return.
What do I do if I cannot find the answer to my question on your web site?
